In the casting process, the teeth of the bucket will be smoother and have higher aspect hardness than the rest of the parts. This prevents cracks in the material, thereby increasing the wear-resistance of the bucket. 
In the combination process, the bucket teeth are manufactured by pouring a mixture of molten steel and a resin. This mixture produces a bucket that has a higher aspect hardness and toughness than a standard excavator bucket. Then, they are coated with a sand-sprinkling and hardening agent. After the coating process, the excavator bucket part is finished in the warehouse.
