The process of making a mold from sand and other materials is called Sand Casting.  This technique is characterized by its low cost. The primary equipment for sand casting is a mold, which is divided into two halves along a parting line.  

Lost Foam Casting is a unique method of making metal parts. The process is flexible enough to accommodate redesigned or added-on castings, and it also allows you to combine multiple parts into one. In addition, it is environmentally friendly and has a small environmental footprint.

A common application for shell mold casting is the production of lever arms, gear housings, and connecting rods. The shell mold process is used to produce quality parts for many applications, including the automotive and aerospace industries.  

Grey iron castings are a good choice for many applications. The metal is resistant to heat and corrosion, and its low phosphorus content makes it a great choice for parts that will be exposed to high temperatures and pressure.  

The ductile iron is durable, and the high strength, elongation, and wear resistance of this material make it suitable for many applications. Due to its low melting point and high fluidity, ductile iron castings are a cost-effective substitute for other metal alloys in many pipe fitting applications.
