In the process of Metal Parts Casting, a two-piece metal mold is created. This mold is used to create an identical part for industrial applications. The resulting product is then removed from the mold and then soldered into place. The process is known as investment casting. It is a great way to reproduce a prototype or design for a variety of different products.  

One of the best features of Metal Parts Casting is that multiple parts can be made at once. The pieces are near net shape when they are removed from the mold, and they require little to no time to machine. The material used in these castings is of a high grade, and they can have walls as thin as one eighth inch. The cast parts are often lightweight and can be used in complex engineering applications.
